Netscape Navigator 3:

1. Click on Options and select General Preferences to set homepage.



2. Enter the settings exactly as shown below and click OK.



3. Click on Options and select Network Preferences to setup proxy settings



4. Click on the No Proxies dot



 

5. Click OK to complete Netscape 3 Configuration.
