Setting up the Dial-Up Connection
From the Windows 95 "Start" menu, select "Programs", then

The first time you run Dial-Up Networking, you should be asked to
make a new connection. If Dial-Up Networking does not appear as
follows, find the "Make New Connection" icon and double click on
it.
Set up the new connection as follows...

Make sure that the proper type of modem is selected. If you don't
know what type of modem is installed on your computer, consult the
documentation or user manual which accompanied your computer. If the
type of modem which is installed on your computer is not listed, try
one of the generic modem types or contact the computer or modem
manufacturer.

Click on the "Finish" button to finish creating the new
connection.
Click on the "Easynet Internet" icon with the right mouse button,
and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. Click on the
"Server Types" tab or button. Set up the connection properties as
follows...

Make sure that the only "Allowed network protocol" is
"TCP/IP". If any other protocols are checked, click on them to
uncheck them.
Click on the "TCP/IP Settings" button, and set up the TCP/IP
settings as follows...

After this is done, click on the "OK" button to close the
TCP/IP Settings, then on the "OK" button to close the connection
properties.
Double click on the "Easynet Internet" icon to open the
connection. Set it up as follows...

Make sure you set the "Username" field to your username (all
