Windows 95: Installing Dial-Up Networking
From the Windows 95 "Start" menu, select "Settings", then "Control
Panel". Double click on the "Add/Remove Programs" control panel to
open it.
Click on the "Windows Setup" tab. Click on the "Communications"
component to select it, then on the "Details" button.

Make sure that "Dial-Up Networking" is checked. If it is not,
then click on it to check it. After this is done, click on the
"OK" button to close the component details.

Close the control panel. Windows 95 may ask you to insert your
Windows 95 Installation CD-ROM and/or to restart your computer.
