Microsoft Outlook 2000
- Click on Tools and then Accounts.

- Click on the Mail tab. Then click on Add to add a new mail account.
OR to make changes to an existing account click your Properties button.

- Click on Add and select Mail from the popout menu.

- Type your Full name and click on Next.

- Enter your Email address as shown below and click on Next.

- Enter mail.easy.com.au as your Incoming and Outgoing mail servers as shown below and click on Next.

- Enter your Account name and Password then click on Next.

- Click on Finish. You have added your new email user account.

Checking or Modifying Account Details
- Click on Tools and then Accounts.

- Click on Properties.

- The Mail Account must be mail.easy.com.au exactly as shown below.
Click on the Servers tab.

- The Outgoing and Incoming mail servers must be mail.easy.com.au exactly as shown below.
Also ensure your account name and password are correct. Then click on the Connection tab.

- Check the details then click on the Advanced tab.

- Finally when you have finished reveiwing these options click OK.
