Microsoft Outlook 2000

  1. Click on Tools and then Accounts.
  2. Click on the Mail tab. Then click on Add to add a new mail account. OR to make changes to an existing account click your Properties button.
  3. Click on Add and select Mail from the popout menu.
  4. Type your Full name and click on Next.
  5. Enter your Email address as shown below and click on Next.
  6. Enter mail.easy.com.au as your Incoming and Outgoing mail servers as shown below and click on Next.
  7. Enter your Account name and Password then click on Next.
  8. Click on Finish. You have added your new email user account.

Checking or Modifying Account Details

  1. Click on Tools and then Accounts.
  2. Click on Properties.
  3. The Mail Account must be mail.easy.com.au exactly as shown below. Click on the Servers tab.
  4. The Outgoing and Incoming mail servers must be mail.easy.com.au exactly as shown below. Also ensure your account name and password are correct. Then click on the Connection tab.
  5. Check the details then click on the Advanced tab.
  6. Finally when you have finished reveiwing these options click OK.
