  • email server for your domain with up to 15 email addresses linked to the domain automatically routed to the personal email addressed of your committee & key helpers.
  • When the committee changes each year, and during the year when individuals alter their personal email addresses we update the details.* No longer will you be forever trying to get new email addresses details issued to all your members and contacts, or as often happens just give up on using email all together for internal communications. EG president@YourDomain.com.au will always get to the then current president without anyone needing to know the current president's actual email address. Same for secretary, groupleader etc.

The alternative of having volunteers do all the above and do the hosting in their own internet accounts, works until the IT competent volunteer moves on. Then there is a problem until the next IT volunteer is found.
